Laws, deadlines and penalties differ from state to state and change over time, and they depend on the facts of each case. Don't act, or decide not to act, on anything here without talking to a lawyer about your own situation.

No attorney-client relationship yet

Reading this site, calling, texting, emailing or sending a form doesn't make you a client of Etchemendy Law. That happens only once we've both signed a written fee agreement. Until then, I haven't agreed to represent you and no deadline is being watched for you.

Comments from drivers and descriptions of cases are samples. Every case turns on its own facts, and how one case ended doesn't predict how yours will. No lawyer can promise a dismissal, a reduction or that you'll keep your license.

Fees

Fees shown on this site are examples of how the practice prices its work. Your fee is the one in your signed agreement. Fines, court costs, classes, evaluations and experts are separate.

The forms and email on this site aren't the place for what happened at your stop. Send your name, the date and the charge, and save the details for a call.
