How it works
From the first text to the last court date
A DUI or a ticket takes weeks or months. Here's what happens, in order, so none of it is a surprise.
- 01
Step 1: You call, text or send the form
Name, the date of the stop and the charge. Nothing about what happened yet.
- 02
Step 2: I call or text back the same day
With your deadlines, what the next month looks like, and the fee.
- 03
Step 3: You decide, then we sign
A one-page fee agreement. You're my client from then on, not before.
- 04
Step 4: I protect the license
On a DUI, the hearing request goes in first, well before its deadline.
- 05
Step 5: I get the records
Reports, video, test and maintenance records. Then I read all of it.
- 06
Step 6: We talk about the options
Fight, negotiate or plead, with the honest odds of each. You choose.
- 07
Step 7: Court
I'm there every time. For many tickets I can go without you.
- 08
Step 8: After
Classes, an interlock, getting the license back. I stay on until it's done.

Questions about working together
How do we stay in touch?
Text, mostly. Most people facing a DUI would rather not take calls at work. You get my direct number, and court dates arrive as texts with the address.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. The DUI fee can be split over four months.
What if I hire you and then move away?
Many cases can be finished without you in Reno. We'll talk about which dates need you there.
