Privacy policy
This policy explains what Etchemendy Law collects through this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, the date of a stop or ticket, the kind of charge and anything else you choose to add.
- Messages you send by email or text.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as the page you came from and your device type.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to check for conflicts of interest before taking a case, and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Roxanne Etchemendy and, where needed, the services that run this website, email and phone. They may use it only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, your information is kept as part of your file for as long as lawyers are required to keep client files. If you don't, we delete your messages after a reasonable time unless you ask us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing roxanne@etchemendylaw.com or calling (775) 555-0162.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
